Dragonfly In My Garden

Although I have made this piece over and over again - I never get tired of creating a pretty dragonfly.

I will often time look through my front room window at my little kitty (Allie) as she pounces from behind her asparagus fern onto an unsuspecting bug or insect. She will then bring the poor little creature into the house (via the kitty door) and drop the dying gift at my feet.

I think that means she loves me.

Although I don't get too many dragonflys in my garden and I certainly don't have any cattails growing near water - they are still pretty to make out of glass.
