Occasionally the weather in Scottsdale turns a bit cold.
About one hours drive north of here is a mountain the Native Americans named Four Peaks.
Throughout the winter months when the thermometer dips into the low 30's -- snow will lightly dust the top portion of the mountains.
The view from near my house is wonderful. In the foreground is Red Mountain with Four Peaks mountain range directly behind it.
The crops in the fields are cotton.
