Blue and Amber Striped Dish

I truly never knew that playing with broken glass could be so satisfying.

This glass dish was made from two pieces of clear glass with broken pieces of blue, black and amber colored glass which was carefully placed between the layers.

The little trapped air bubbles got there by themselves but I really like the way they suspend themselves within the glass.

Of course my husband asks: "What do you do with that?"

Hmmm - I can think of many, many things to do with a pretty glass dish.

1) Kitty food
2) Key holder
3) Ring holder by the sink
4) Sit and look pretty on my dresser

The list goes on and on.
