Summer Tangarines

One of the best things about summer is the sweet, delicious fruit.

Every year as a child, I would spend the summer up in Washington state with my favorite aunt on her apple/cherry/pear orchards. We would pick and eat fruit and fresh asparagus straight from the fields.

I was in heaven.

The pendant shown above made me think about how yummy the fruit is during the summer months. The pretty tangarine colored glass combined with the three butterflies that are fluttering around the glass seem made for summer.
